Waitman Dwayne Frame, 74, of Gassaway, WV went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at WVU Medicine United Hospital Center, Bridgeport, WV after a long struggle with COPD, with his family by his side.

He was born August 14, 1951, in Sutton, WV to the late David Don Frame and Vena Irene Holmes Frame.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Chester Paul Frame and his wife, Alma Neff, Helen Marie and her husband, Robert Bragg, Rhonda Kay and husband, Clifford D. Dennison; and wife and mother of their three children, Ruby Faye Goff.

He is survived by his three children, Frances Wilson (Daniel), of Clarksburg, Waitman Frame, Jr. (Barb Singleton) of Burnsville, and Andrea Woodring of Camden On Gauley; three siblings, Donna Goodson (James) of Birch River, Susan Frame of Birch River, Ricky Frame of Gassaway; and companion, Linda Bennett Burr; numerous grandchildren and one great grandchild and his loving dog, Lillly.

Waitman’s visitation will be held 5 to 8 P.M. Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Roach Funeral Home, 708 Braxton Street, Gassaway, WV.

His funeral will be 1 P.M. Sunday, February 22nd at the funeral home with Pastor Linn Schiefer officiating.

His burial will follow in Birch River Cemetery, Birch River.
