Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Lucille Austin, 78, of Riffle passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Braxton Healthcare Center, Sutton, WV. She was born on May 17, 1947, in Clendenin to the late Samuel Lee and Cleo Carte Lee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Austin; brother, Harold Lee; and sisters, Carolyn Wine and Evelyn Woodrum. She was a homemaker and a caregiver outside of the home. Watching westerns on the television was her favorite pastime. She enjoyed fashion and liked to buy shoes and clothes. Left to cherish her memories are her sister, Jane Dolin and husband, Dennis; nephew, Sam Thompson and wife, Sarah, and several other nieces and nephews.
