Wanda Marie Belt, 73, of Duck, went to meet her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 23,2025.

She was born in WV on April 12, 1952, to the late Perry Haag and Icie Marie Metheney Haag.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Patterson.

Wanda most of all loved going to her church, Peoples Community Church at Groves Creek.She enjoyed her family and in her spare time she enjoyed watching Christmas Shows,Walker, Texas Ranger and Daniel Boone Westerns on the television. She liked doing puzzles and playing on her tablet. Earlier in her life she was a factory worker and more recently she worked for Clay County Home Health as an aid. She will be missed.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Arthur “David” Belt; children, James Belt,Ronald Dale Blankenship, Regina Belt, Mike Blankenship (Wendy), Ray Blankenship and Cody Belt (Erica);grandchildren, Remington David Belt, Delilah Allison Belt, Kylie Blankenship, Brian Blankenship, Justin Blankenship, Seth Stewart, Tyler Stewart, Joseph Stewart, and Kayla Stewart; four great grandchildren; brothers, Ronald Haag, Robert Haag (Cindy), John Hagg(Tina), and Paul Haag; sisters, Sandra Salisbury (Robert), Rebecca Cochran (Larry), BarbaraTiffner (Bill) and Dorthy Hudgens (Steve); several nieces and nephews.

Her graveside service will be 12 Noon, Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Walnut Grove Church Cemetery, Wilson Ridge, WV with Pastor Freddie Schoolcraft officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made directly to Roach Funeral Home, 708 Braxton Street, Gassaway, WV 26624 to aid with final expenses.
